Private homes are given to anybody who has shown an interest in becoming a
member of the AuroraMUD community. Interest is demonstrated by:

Completing the Welcome Center (+Welcomed), and attaining +Apprentice
status OR completing the Welcome Center, and attaining +Aurora Citizen
status.

Completing the Welcome Center includes: giving yourself an @desc, an
@lock, and a gender, as well as going through each of the other rooms and
learning the things taught in them. No player who has not described,
locked, and gendered themselves is considered to have completed the
Welcome Center, regardless of having the +Welcomed group or not.
