Read [object]

Displays the description of <object>, or the room you're in
if you don't specify one.

<object> can be a thing, player, exit, or room, specified as <name>
or #<number> or 'me' or 'here'.  'read' is the same as 'look'.

Wizards can look at objects in other rooms using #<number> or *<player>.
