@ATTACH <action> = <object>

@ATTACH links a command to an object, making that command usable
    by anyone carrying the object, wherever that person may be.

A single action can be attached to any number of objects.

@effect can be used to automatically @ATTACH actions to things.
 

Warning: @ADD will connect an action to an object, but that
         action can't be used by the person carrying the object.

         Attached actions cannot be detected by locks!
