@set here = nopages  (or, to turn it off: @set here = !nopages)

The NoPages flag is settable on Rooms.

When set, none of the players in the room can be paged.
The person who is paging will be told "That person is in a soundproof
place" AND your @fail will be sent to the pager.  (Use an @Ofail if you
want to be told that someone is attempting to page you).

Setting a room HAVEN is the same as setting it NoPages.
