@set here = nowhere (or, to turn it off: @set here = !nowhere)

The NoWho flag is settable on Rooms.

When set, all the players in the room are ommited from the WHO list.

Pages will still go through to NoWho rooms, unless the room is also
set NoPages.  Gods can still see NoWho players on the WHO.
