| Haven | Prevents others from paging player |
| Quell | On Gods and Wizards, disables their special powers. |

| Shortflags | Shortens flag-markers to initials, instead of complete words |
| Tabular_Who | Tabulates WHO nicely (default) |

Roomflags
| Abode | Players can make this room a home for themself or their things. |
| Bot | Prevents robots from entering room or paging players in room. |
| Dark | Cloaks objects and players in the room. (For crowded places) |
| Haven | Makes players in the room unpageable. (interchangable with NoPages) |
| Link_Ok | Players can make exits that lead into this room. |
| NoPages | Makes players in room unpageable. (interchangeable with HAVEN) |
| NoWhere | Hides location of all players in the room. |
| NoWho | Prevents all players in room from appearing on the WHO list. |
| Quell | Wizards cannot teleport into room or use their powers there. |
| Sticky | Dropped objects hang around util last player leaves (see DROPTO) |
| Temple | Dropped objects turn into crowns. |
| Unwanted | Any player may @chown this room to himself/herself. |
| Windy | Conversation and actions are heard in nearby rooms. |
Thingflags
| Copy | More than one of this object can exist. |
| Dark | Object is not visible except to people holding it. |
| Quell | Object is immune to Wizardly tampering/scrying |
| Sticky | Normally, means it goes home immediately when dropped. But on copy objects, means player keeps it even if they type home. |
| Unwanted | Any player may @chown this object to themself, unless it is locked against them. |
